Vacancy | Student Assistant for the International Classroom Prject IB

For a student satisfaction survey concerning diversity and inclusion in the international classroom, our project team is looking for a student-assistant to further develop a questionnaire for FEB.

As a student assistant, you will conduct administrative and data-analytical work, developing a survey for students on internationalisation and inclusion. Therefore, we are looking for a student who understands what different experiences students may have (nationality, religion, gender, etc.)

You will work mostly with Qualtrics and Excel documents and collect and analyse different types of data (qualitive and quantitive). We expect you to be able to work independently, pro-actively, and with integrity.


  • Excellent communicative skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Writing and reading proficiency in English language (near-native level)
  • Very accurate
  • Pro-active
  • Flexible
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Experience with Qualtrics is an advantage
  • Experience with SPSS is an advantage

We are looking for someone who:

  • is available from 15 July until 1 December 2018
  • is available for c.8 hours a week (the amount of hours per week can be flexible as well, for example during exam weeks )
