Job description

The University of Groningen Business School (UGBS) is part of FEB and supports working people in their further professional development. In order to support marketing activities and programme management, the UGBS is looking for a student assistant.

As a student assistant you support our programme manager with the organisation of courses and events for the UGBS, GDBC (Groningen Digital Business Center), and within the framework of accreditations of executive master programmes. You are present during the course days and events and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You also maintain contact with participants. You also support the Communications & Sales Officer with matters such as collecting and processing data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and finding prospects online and offline.

Available positions: 1
Available to: 3rd year BSc or MSc students
Hours per week: 8, preferably flexible
Start: 1st February, 2018
End: 1st August, 2018 (extension beyond this date may be possible)
Language requirements: Dutch & English

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language
  • Good command of the English language
  • Accuracy in your work
  • Proactive and cooperative
  • Flexible
  • Able to work independently
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Word and Excel
