Job description
For the course Qualitative Research Methods – International Business we are searching teaching assistants to pursue the following tasks:

  • assisting students during tutorials and practical lab sessions, including interviewing tutorial
  • assisting students to work with qualitative software program ATLAS.ti
  • checking student assignments
  • providing feedback to student assignments
  • checking (open-question) exam

Language: English


  • very good knowledge and skills of research methods, especially qualitative research methods;
  • very good analytical and reasoning skills;
  • knowledge of the qualitative software program ATLAS.ti or willingness to learn it;
  • good English proficiency;
  • prior experience as teaching assistant is preferred;
  • to have followed (or to be willing to follow in beginning of February 2017) the RuG training course for student (teaching) assistants.

Hours per week: 8

Period: February 1, 2018 – April 1, 2018
