Vacancies | 12 Teaching Assistants Macroeconomics for E&BE (sem 1.2)

Overview

We are looking for excellent teaching assistants that want to assist 1st year students during the practical sessions of the course Macroecnomics for E&BE. Besides explaining practical assignments, The TA is responsible for the organization of a practical session and grades the weekly practical quizzes.  Part of the job is completion of a 2-day training that is organized by FEB for (new) Teaching Assistants.


Requirements

We prefer students with tutoring experience and excellent grades. In particular, the grade for Macroeconomics for E&BE should be at least 8. Furthermore, we prefer enthusiastic students with excellent communication skills. When you accept the position, we expect that you are available for at least 6 hours every Friday during the entire semester 1.2.

The position is offered for 10 weeks and amounts to 0.1FTE (i.e. 7.6 hours per week (2 practical groups + preparation time + mandatory briefing sessions)). The salary is based on the VSNU standard for Teaching Assistants.
