LC | Working with Agile Project Management Tools

agile

'Agile', and its derivatives, such as Scrum, are important project management tools. Agile advocates adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continuous improvement, and it encourages rapid and flexible response to change. It is used in a variety of situations, but is especially important in projects that involve cross-functional teams. Agile is, therefore, an important tool for aspiring managers to become familiar with. This Learning Community has been developed for precisely that reason. In it you will learn how to work with Agile, and will reflect on the practical usefulness of the programme, and the important limitations that it is subject to.
