During the Careers Week all Master Programmes get the opportunity to organize a specific programme for their students. Preparing them for their future in that specific line of business and industry. Below you find an overview of the Master activities organized on Monday 3 October. Please check with your own Master coordinator whether or not the activity within your programme is mandatory.

Strategic Innovation Management

Do you think you know everything about innovation? Do you think you can beat your fellow SIM students? Do you want to get to know some awesome companies? Then join the Battle of the innovators! Three companies will present their company and an interesting case about the topic of innovation. Win points at all three cases and win the Battle of the innovators! After the three cases there will be a social so you can get to know the companies in an informal way and ask them anything! The ABC of Leading Change (5412.0039)

1.       What are the key contributors and obstacles to change in Belgium and The Netherlands?

We have analyzed the data of 137 Dutch and Belgium Project Change Triangles, a tool of the Prosci methodology to assess the risks of change projects. The results will compared and contrasted with the Best Practices in Change Management 2016.

2.       A break out session to define the top 5 of excuses of a refusing sponsor.

3.       The ABC of Leading Change. We will develop strategies to overcome refusing sponsors and   share insights from Prosci’s research (Best Practices)
