About the case:
Are you interested in management consultancy and would like to learn more about e-commerce? Oliver Wyman invites top graduates and ambitious students to challenge themselves at Oliver Wyman’s workshop on E-Groceries. In a team supported by Oliver Wyman consultants, you will develop a strategy for a global e-Commerce company to expand their online grocery operations to the Dutch market. This workshop will also give you a perfect opportunity to learn more about Oliver Wyman, our people and the work that we do.

About the instructors:  
George van der Schoor is a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman. George holds a Master’s Degree in Quantitative Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Econometrics from Tilburg University. At Oliver Wyman he has primarily focused on Financial Services, where quantitative projects interest him most. On average he has spent half of his time on projects abroad, e.g. Istanbul, Dublin, and Frankfurt.

​​​​​Liz Ansell is the Human Capital Manager of Oliver Wyman in the Netherlands. Liz graduated from Oxford University in 2009 and has a MA in Human Resource Management from the University of London. Liz has worked for Oliver Wyman for five years and moved to the Netherlands this year to support the growth of the Amsterdam office. She is responsible for all aspects of human resource management in the Netherlands including the recruiting process.

​​​​​ Louise Young is the Human Capital Generalist supporting the UK HC Ops team for Oliver Wyman. Louise graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia in 2014 and moved to the UK in 2015 in which she commenced employment with Oliver Wyman in the HC operations team. In June 2017 Louise transferred to the Amsterdam office.

Cornelia Neumann has been a consultant at Oliver Wyman for six years, during five of which she was based in the firm’s London office. She has executed strategy and risk management projects for institutions in the financial and public sector in 10 European countries and the Middle East. Cornelia holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics.

You can only attend this recruitment case if you hand in your CV. Oliver Wyman will select 25 students for this workshop. Make sure to send your CV before Tuesday 26 September to Ismay Schaaij at with subject ‘CV Recruitment Case Oliver Wyman’. We will inform both selected and non-selected students about the outcome on Friday 29 September.
