This spring school will cover four different modeling paradigms: ACT-R, Nengo, PRIMs, and Accumulator models. It thereby offers a unique opportunity to learn the relative strengths and weaknesses of these approaches.
Each day will consist of four theory lectures, one on each paradigm. Each modeling paradigm also includes hands-on assignments.
The search for new physics beyond the Standard Model using small-scale experiments is the topic of this summer school.
This summer school will focus on building capabilities and business strategies for Smart Cities, focussing on Angola, where food, housing, transport, health & safety require a sound thought process on answering key questions.
In this summer school, taking place in Tanzania, the focus lies on the study of what energy transition means if we take the local perspective into consideration.
