€ 150 for PhDs, postdocs and senior,
100 for Master students,
50 for Bachelor students

The fees cover registrations costs, four lunches and one dinner. Details about the meals will be communicated directly to participants. No financial help can be provided to support travel expenses and accommodation.


Accommodation in the international student house Upsilon (5 nights, from Monday 2 July to Saturday 7 July) is available for 215. In order to benefit for this opportunity registration must be received no later than 1 May 2018. You can find more general information about housing on our central housing page.

There are also many hotels, bed and breakfasts, and hostels in the centre of the city, all of which are an easy walk from the summer school venue. For a list of recommendations, kindly contact .

Payment procedure

After selection has taken place, participants are expected to pay their fee within one week of receiving confirmation. The summer school fee (including housing, if applicable) can be paid with credit card and iDeal. Payment instructions will be sent immediately after the deadlines (1 May for presentations and housing, 1 June for others). Participants who prefer to pay via bank transfer should contact the organizers ( in order to receive instructions. In this case, the participant needs to send an electronic proof of payment to the organizers via email (e.g. a pdf receipt of the transfer) within five working days from the deadline. In principle, cash payments are not accepted.
