The Federation of Graduate Schools in Social Sciences and Humanities is offering a career perspectives event on Career Awareness for first- and second-year PhD students. The Career Awareness series consist of multiple, short, modules that each will focus on one of these aspects. Each module will be two hours max.
You only recently started your PhD project, but time flies and before you know it, you will need to decide on the next steps in your career. What to do after you finish your PhD project? Would you like to stay in academia to become a researcher or maybe eventually a professor? Or would you like to apply your knowledge and skills in policy making, an NGO, industry, or another comparable environment? In this career perspectives event you will explore your options and interests for your future career.
In this second edition of our Career Awareness series our PhD Psychologist Karen Huizing will give the workshop "Work-Life Balance" exculsive for PhD student from the Federation GS SSH. This event will take place on Thursday 21 January 2021 from 14.00 - 15.30 hours.
