Closing and Opening Ceremony

On March 11, the Opening and Closing Ceremony for Honours Master's students took place in the Van Swinderen Huys. During this evening the graduated students presented their Masterwork, while 34 new students were welcomed.

The evening was opened by the dean of the Honours College, Hanny Elzinga, and after which the new students immediately started with a workshop about Leadership by Geertje Dam. Subsequently, the graduate students joined and presentations of the various Masterwork projects followed. The graduated students were also interviewed by the master of ceremonies Frank den Hollander. By combining the old cohort (closing ceremony) and the new cohort (opening ceremony) the new Master students got a good impression of the Masterwork and how diverse it can be. After an official picture in the Academy Building the evening ended with a drink.
