Workshop Remote leadership
An important task for managers during the corona crisis is to stay in touch with their employees. This can be a challenge, as working from home literally and figuratively creates distance. Discussing worries, emotions or frustrations can become difficult when you haven’t seen each other ‘live’ for months.
Unintentionally, this can lead to less frequent contact, and the contact that you do have, may gradually become more shallow - making it harder to have a fruitful conversation about more serious topics.
This workshop is intended for managers that are looking for tools to connect with their employees in a fitting and effective manner. You will receive concrete tips, practice conversational skills and you’ll be able to share your experiences with other executives.
This workshop will take place online.
