You are a principal investigator at your institute, you (are going to) lead a group, or coordinating a process/lab/team and you are coping with a few dilemmas, such as

  • My team is growing, help I’m losing control
  • I love science, I’m successful and now I’m a manager: what to do
  • How can I empower others to do good science
  • How can I lead individual and group processes
  • A day has only 24 hours: how to organize my work.

In four days we will offer you a program in which you can acquire and develop your leadership skills, essential for today's challenges in scientific work. Our goal with this training is to enable you as a scientist to productively deal with challenges related to interpersonal aspects of doing science. We provide a specialized, intense and highly interactive training that is immediately applicable to the working environment of the participating scientists.

We approach these topics practically. Short theoretical inputs are followed by extensive exercises. Our goal is to increase the impact of the training by allowing you to immediately apply the concepts we teach in partner work, role plays or group discussion.
