Twice a year the Customer Insights Center of the University of Groningen (RUGCIC) organizes a seminar for all members and other interested corporate employees.

Let's invest only one afternoon to exchange our knowledge regarding the current state of knowledge in science and practice regarding a relevant customer related topic.

Our latest seminar on Machine Learning scored an average of 9.0 out of 10.

The best speaker was Jaap Wieringa with a 9.3.
