Our Customer Insights Center at the University of Groningen measures continuously how corporate members rate academic quality and added value for customers.
We are proud to announce that members have rated all important activities during the calendar year 2017 9.3 (on average!) on our scale of 2 to 10. Number 1 is not used in this consistent scale to avoid comparisons of apples with oranges and to ensure that results can be compared over the years.
The average grade since the beginning of the center (over 10 years ago) shows an 8.6 and both previous years scored an 9.0.
This brings the average of the past three years at 9+.
