Prof.dr. Wim Holterman
Professor Wim Holterman, Programme Director

Wim Holterman has dedicated his professional career to M&A and valuation and always worked on the borders of theory and practice. He is professor of Business Valuation at the University of Groningen and has over 25 years of experience in strategic, financial and valuation advice, covering a broad range of industries. In the 1990's he founded the valuation practice of PwC in The Netherlands, which he led for over two decades. He is now a partner at Value Insights, an Amsterdam based boutique that offers board room advice in mergers, acquisitions and valuation. Herbert Rijken
Professor Herbert Rijken, Programme Co-Director

Rijken is Full Professor Corporate Finance at the department of Finance at VU University Amsterdam. He obtained his PhD (1993) in Physics at Eindhoven University of Technology. His current research interests are corporate credit risk, structured corporate finance and economics of corporate governance.

Professor Aswath Damodaran

Aswath Damodaran is Professor of Finance at the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is world-renowned as the author of various books such as ‘The Dark side of Valuation’ and has been named one of the most popular business school professors in the USA.
