We are not our brain
Fred Keijzer is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Philosophy. In 2010 his book Filosofie van de toekomst (Philosophy of the future) was published, on the use and necessity of science fiction. 'Good science fiction is capable of briefly turning all sorts of weird, funny, believable, absurd – and sometimes frightening – scenarios concerning the world and ourselves into the concrete truth.'
