Little secrets

24 October 2012

This Sunday, the Zernike Campus in Groningen was taken over by pupils and parents. They were all there for Zpannend Zernike, the open day for the science buildings. One of the participating institutions was the Kernfysisch Versneller Instituut (KVI), which conducts world-leading research into the smallest particles in nature. There were all sorts of fun ways to learn about the research being conducted at KVI, as well as seeing the sights, such as the AGOR particle accelerator.

The weekly online video magazine Unifocus highlights topics related to the University of Groningen in the fields of research and society, student life, teaching, policy and internationalization.
