Worlds colliding: national and immigrant minorities in documentary film & literature

The Centre for Canadian Studies and the Department of European Languages & Cultures are pleased to invite all RUG students, faculty, staff, and the public to a special afternoon lecture on 9 December, 2014, as part of the MA seminar Minority Languages & Cultures: "Worlds colliding: national and immigrant minorities in documentary film & literature."

We will start the afternoon at 1pm with lectures by Petra Broomans (RUG) and author Vamba Sherif. Please also consider attending our film screening and lecture by guest speaker and filmmaker Tasha Hubbard (Univerisity of Saskatchewan).
