The horizontal logo is the most important and most widely used version of the logo. The vertical logo may only be used if a specific medium or application precludes the use of the horizontal version. In the vertical logo, the lettering is positioned below the coat of arms and the slash. Here, too, the proportionate sizes and distances between the three elements may not be changed. Only the entire combination of the coat of arms, the slash and the lettering may be scaled.
Only the appropriate colours (‘RUG red’, black and white) may be used in the logo.
