Recognition of professional staff

The results of the Career Perspectives working group indicate that some young professionals do not feel recognized for their work. Besides this, the UG prioritizes ‘Recognition & Rewards’ for scientific staff while a system for recognition and rewards for professional staff is still lacking. Recognition is crucial for boosting motivation, retaining talent, and promoting equity in the workplace. Therefore, this working group aims to investigate how the UG can acknowledge the critical role that professional staff plays in the organization.
