Grading system

In the Netherlands a ten point system is used in both secondary and higher education. A grade of 10 is the highest and 6 is the minimum passing grade. More information about the ten point system can be found here.

Unlike most institutions of higher education in the Netherlands, University College Groningen uses the Anglo-American grading system of letter grades (A-F) and grade points (0-4). All grades on the exchanges students transcript of records will reflect the latter system. More information about this system is available at the UCG International Office.
