Workshop: get started with your TAG SoTL project 2026!

Are you interested in applying for the TAG Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) grant? Join our interactive workshop “Get Started with Your SoTL Project” on 7 April from 10:00–12:00 to learn how to develop a strong SoTL project and prepare your grant application.

The TAG SoTL grant supports teachers in systematically exploring their own teaching practices, improving student learning, and sharing insights that can inspire colleagues. During this workshop, we will introduce the core principles of SoTL and guide you through the first steps of designing a meaningful SoTL project. You will also receive practical tips and tricks to help you shape your project idea and write a convincing grant proposal.

The TAG SoTL call for proposals is published with a submission deadline of 31 May (23:59). In total, six projects will be funded, with grants of up to €5,000 each. Projects can range from small-scale initiatives (e.g., improving a lecture or seminar) to larger educational innovations within a course.

This workshop is open to all teachers, whether you are new to SoTL or already experienced in educational research. If you would like to participate, please register by filling in the registration form.
