Summer & Winter Schools for Teachers

For teachers who are new at UG and for those who would appreciate some support in enhancing their teaching skills, the Summer and Winter Schools for Teachers provide an interesting and varied programme!

At least twice a year the Teaching Academy, in collaboration with Educational Support & Innovation, offers a week full of interesting courses, workshops and activities. The programme is designed on a pick and choose basis to tailor for individual requirements and comprises the following:

• Crash Course Fundamentals of University Teaching

• Workshop Introduction to the Dutch Education System

• Workshop Introduction to the Educational Support Systems at UG

• guided tour of Groningen City Center

• networking session
