The Central Electoral Committee hereby announces the following:
1. Candidates for the elections of the University Service Department of the University of Groningen can be nominated digitally between Monday 13 December 2021 to Wednesday 15 December 2021.
2. On 16 December 2021 the Central Electoral Committee will determine the validity of the submitted candidate lists as well as the validity of the statements establishing electoral pacts between multiple parties within a section.
3. For the decisions referred to under 2., from Monday 20 December 2021 to Friday 24 December 2021, a request for perusal can be made at firstname.lastname@example.org;
4. All voters have the right to submit an objection to the decisions made by the Central Electoral Committee as referred to under 2. to the Board of the University, P.O. Box 72, 9700 AB Groningen, between 20 December 2021 until 24 December 2021.
5. All voters will be notified on Monday 3 January 2022 of the established candidate lists via the website, Announcement 3.
