The Central Electoral Committee hereby announces the following:
- Candidates for the elections of the staff and student members for the University Council, the Faculty Councils and the Employee Councils can be nominated digitally between Thursday 25 March 2021 until Wednesday 7 April 2021 (3 p.m.).
- On 8 April 2021 the Central Electoral Committee will determine the validity of the submitted candidate lists as well as the validity of the statements establishing electoral pacts between multiple parties within a section .
- For the decisions referred to under 2., from Thursday 15 April 2021 to Wednesday 21 April 2021 , a request for perusal can be made at firstname.lastname@example.org ;
- All voters have the right to submit an objection to the decisions made by the Central Electoral Committee as referred to under 2. to the Board of the University, P.O. Box 72, 9700 AB Groningen, between 15 April 2021 until 21 April 2021 .
- All voters will be notified on Thursday 22 April 2021 of the established candidate lists via Need to Know, Announcement 3.
