Walking Challenge: Stop your sitting addidction

It is often said that sitting is the new smoking. Thanks to the increased working from home, this problem has become even more pressing. After all, at home you don't get up to grab some coffee or to talk to a colleague as often. That's why you should start the walking challenge!
