The Allen Carr's Easyway training is a quick and pleasant way to quit smoking. The training consists of one session of approximately six hours, after which you will quit smoking definitively. Scientific research shows the training to be highly effective, especially in the long run.

During the Health Week we offer an English-language webinar. In addition, there are three Dutch-language training sesseions in October.

The training

Allen Carr's Easyway training is a quick and pleasant way to quit smoking. The online training consists of 1 meeting, divided into four blocks of 45 minutes. Between every block, there will be a 15 minute (smoking) break. You can read more about the training here (currently only in Dutch).

Why did we choose this training?

  1. The high success-rate. The Allen Carr Method has been shown to have a higher success-rate than other methods that help you to quit smoking.
  2. You don't need to be motivated beforehand. Unlike other ways of quiting smoking, the Allan Carr Method does not rely on pre-existing willpower. The motivation to quit will arise during the training.
  3. The short duration.
  4. The traininers. The trainers of Allen Carr's Easyway have quit smoking themselves.
