Your well-being as a student
Student life can be stressful, and this can affect how you feel and perform. The UG wants to support its students and help them make the most of their time at university. UG Wellbeing Week from 4 to 8 February is a movement to create a healthier studying environment. The aim of the campaign is to encourage students to be more aware of stress and learn to keep it within reasonable levels.
From the 4th up unto the 8th of February, the University of Groningen organized the Wellbeing week. The aim of this campaign was to encourage students to be more aware of stress and learn to keep it within reasonable levels. The week has taken place with success. We thank all organizations that helped to make this week possible and hope the week encouraged students to speak up about their mental wellbeing!
