Students perceive Nawar as a very good, enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable lecturer. He explains clearly, using many nice examples. Students enjoy his story-telling skills. Nawar explains in a good, clear manner and uses nice analogies during his classes. Furthermore he is much appreciated for his pleasant manner of speaking English and his calm delivery. His enthusiasm shows that he is completely at home in his field and enjoys transferring his knowledge. Nawar makes good use of Powerpoint presentations, adding plenty of extra information to that on the slides. He is always able to properly answer the questions from the room, and he stimulates interaction with students by asking them questions, instead of vice versa, and by starting discussions.
