RNA Expression Analysis - Next Generation Sequencing – SNP Genotyping
The Genome Analysis Facility is part of the department Genetics of the UMCG. The aim of the Genome Analysis Facility is to provide researchers and clinicians with state-of-the-art-resources for modern molecular genetic studies.
We are a core facility offering a variety of complex genetic tests. A full next-generation sequencing service, expression studies, and a wide range of SNP genotyping experiments are all part of our portfolio.
Our aim is to produce high quality data. But we can also give advice on your experimental set-up and design, and provide technical support.
