With regard to the upgrade to the new release 7.5 of the telephony platform, I am able to inform you that the date for the definitive switch has been set for Saturday 4 February 2012.
The work will start at around 8.30 a.m. and it is expected that the total downtime will be no more than an hour (in-house emergency services (BHV) telephony will remain available). A number of tests will then be performed, but these will no longer affect the availability of the telephony services for the users.
Please announce this date to your Faculty/Service.
