Enjoy an excellent lunch or a special dinner? Relax with a drink after your graduation or let the whole catering for your conference be planned for you? As University caterers with many years of experience we are at your service and will provide you with suitable advice if required. In addition to our regular assortment our staff can interpret your culinary wishes in a surprising manner.   

We have facilities for lunch in our canteens and in the various VIP rooms. There is also a spacious lunch- annex meeting room at the Sports café in the Zernike complex, and of course the stylish English Room in the Academy building where we will be pleased to receive you and your guests for an excellent dinner.

Our assortment includes a number of arrangements that are designed specially for your meetings and conferences. We will be pleased to discuss with you how to organize any exceptional requirements you may have for the catering. In addition, we can also help in the organization of your event in other ways.

Canteens

Relax with a cup of coffee, have a lunch meeting with students or a quick snack in between work? The Internal Services Department provides daily catering for more than 20,000 students and 5,500 staff in the university canteens. These are spread over the various faculty and other buildings in the city centre, in the Zernike complex and in Haren.

A range of coffee, tea and cold drinks, something tasty to accompany these, small snacks, soup and de luxe rolls – the canteens have many years experience and, therefore, know your preferences better than anyone else. Naturally, this does not mean that there is never anything new on the menu!

A tasty hot meal in the evening after work or lecture or before going to sport? The Sports café in the Sports centre serves a different meal every weekday and there is always a vegetarian alternative available. The hot meals are served from 5 – 8 p.m. We also serve these meals for large groups.
