Mail

Mail room

The mailroom of the University Services Department processes all incoming and outgoing mail for the University of Groningen. Our transport office aims to deliver all mail correctly to all the faculties and services. The Building Management departments then take care of the internal delivery of mail within the faculty or service.

How do I send mail?

In order to ensure that your mail is processed correctly and quickly, you must comply with a number of regulations, which you will find under the headings 'tips for sending mail’ and ‘how to submit mail’ in the menu on the left. Please contact the mailroom, tel. 363 5296, for more information about sending mail. The transport office can be reached at tel. 363 5522.

When will the mail be picked up?

Please contact your local mailroom or reception desk to find out at what time you should submit your mail so that it will be processed with the morning or afternoon mail round.
