The Carbohydrate Competence Center (CCC) is generating and developing new knowledge in the scientific field of carbohydrates with an aim to stimulate innovation and contribute to a healthier and more sustainable society. At the hearth of all the projects are industry driven research questions and our excellent research capabilities.
The CCC research activities comprise three different themes with separate fields of expertise:
