Applying for your degree certificate (bul)

The student should apply for his/her degree certificate (bul) no more than 4 weeks after receiving the final result for the relevant degree, and 3 weeks at the latest before the date of the graduation ceremony. Please use the form below.

If you are working towards a degree in more than one specialisation, please wait until all results for both specialisations have come in. Both specialisations can only be stated on the certificate if they are applied for as one complete package.

Approximately one week before the next graduation ceremony (see schedule below) a detailed invitation will be sent to your home address.

A degree certificate can only be accepted in person during a graduation ceremony (session Board of Examiners). Exception to this rule is the Propedeuse certificate. This can also be collected from the IEM Education Desk after you received an email.

 

 

Optional modules/ individual programme

The Board of Examiners has to approve the optional modules taken. Please hand in the Board’s approval in writing together with the application form.
