Japanese

The courses in Japanese will introduce students to the language and build on knowledge and skills already present. The emphasis will be on communication in everyday situations in relation to cultural customs in Japan. In addition, attention will be paid to grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and writing skills. Although we will be using the romanized form of Japanese, the Japanese characters will also be discussed.

Language of instruction
The language of instruction will be Dutch. Non-native speakers of Dutch may also take this course but they will need at least level B1 of the CEFR.
This is the equivalent of level 2 of the Language Centre Dutch for non-native speakers course.
