Quality

High quality service provision as well as ways to guarantee and where necessary improve this quality further are high on our agenda. We use a range of tools to this end, including:

Course evaluations

Course participants are asked to evaluate their course, the teacher, the material used, etc. via evaluation forms.The information derived from these forms is then used to improve our service provision.

Customer Satisfaction Survey

Of course we want our customers to be happy with our service provision.This is why we commissioned Cedeo to conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey in 2009. Click here to read more.

Quality frameworks and quality criteria

As a member of a workgroup of directors of University Language Centres in Europe, our Language Centre has cooperated in writing a memorandum defining the frameworks for quality and quality management in Language Centres. Click here to read more.
