Registration procedure minor

Students at other institutions of higher education can enrol in a minor at the University of Groningen. You can enrol in the minor in the following manner:

Step 1

Print the form  Admission to Bachelor's/Master's minor  [PDF] and fill in the first part of the form.

Step 2

Collect the following items:

• 1 passport photograph;
• a copy of your passport or identity card;
• a copy of your propaedeutic certificate (HBO or WO) or a copy of your VWO certificate;
• an original proof of payment of tuition fees from another HBO/WO institution, which you can apply for at the Student Administration Office of your own institution - this is not a proof or declaration of registration.

Step 3

Hand in the form 'Admission to Bachelor's/Master's minor' and the other items at the Education desk or student administration of your own faculty.

The Board of Examiners of the faculty will determine wether you qualify. If you can be admitted, the Board of Examiners will fill in the second part of the form and send this with the other items to the department Student Information & Administration.

Step 4

Register for the degree programme via Studielink.

Step 5

After the department Student Information & Administration has received the items and your request for registration, you will be registered for the minor at the University of Groningen.
