How do I get a student card?
After registration you will be sent:

your student card
-
two declarations of registration in Dutch, for non-university
bodies such as insurance companies, health insurers, pension or orphan funds, travel companies, etc. that may ask for proof of registration

one declaration of registration in English
If you arrange your registration or reregistration via Studielink and the payment of your tuition fees before 10 August,
the student card will usually be sent to you before 1 September.
If you have not received your student card by 15 September, contact the University Student Desk.
Loss of student card
If you have lost your student card or if it has been stolen, you can apply for a new card at the University Student Desk.
After a PIN payment of € 12.50, you will receive the card in the mail around ten days later.
The University Student Desk will issue a provisional card for the intervening period, so that you can sit exams and borrow books from the University Library.
