Apply for the degree certificate ceremony by reporting your pending graduation to the Education Office of your faculty.
Do this before you take the last compulsory part of your degree programme, for example before your last exam, or before your final-year thesis is approved.
The Board of Examiners will then decide the examination date, that is, the date that will appear on the degree certificate.
Once the Board has decided the date, the Education Office will inform you where and when the degree certificate ceremony will take place.
