For students and employees - eduroam
In a large part of the university buildings students and employees of the RUG and other educational institutions are able to use the wireless network eduroam. For the settings of this network please view our FAQ and manuals.
For guests - rug-guest
This network is available exclusively for guest of the RUG without a P- or S- number who are unable to establish a network connection through their own educational institution. Read more about the use and access to this network in our FAQ and manuals. To request accounts for your guests please use the designated web form and submit all the requested information.
Conditions
Before you can use the available wireless networks you need to be familiar with and agree with the conditions of the RUG facilities which have been set and documented in the Acceptable Use Policy.
