Students and staff of the University can download software via the new download portal on the university website. This concerns software for which the University has a license and that can be used on pc's and laptops inside the University or sometimes elsewhere.
Each package has a description detailing the allowed forms of use. For instance, for some software packages it is necessary to use within the university network periodically because otherwise the software will be deactivated automatically. In general you will have to accept the software policy of the University before being able to download the software.
