SPR hours


Overview SPR general hours/course hours – supervised and unsupervised

Remark:
Fitness, pilates and badminton are no longer offered as specific course hours (for which you have to sign up via the SPR site) but will be available throughout the year and you can join whenever you want.
In the case of fitness, however, you will have to take four lessons and buy the accompanying syllabus before you can start working out on your own.

N.B.

  • Please check the timetable on the ACLO website (www.aclosport.nl) for all general hours that you can join with your SPR pass, including circuit training, moving to music (‘bommen’), body fit, swimming, etc.
  • Cancellations (due to illness, holidays, special events, etc.) will also be posted on this website.
