Enrolment procedure

The following rules for exam enrolment are listed below, for the sake of a quick administrative procedure.

  1. One months in advance of the supposed date of the examination, the student has to submit a request of admittance to sit for the examination. This form is available here [XLS]. When filled out and signed, the form can be handed in by the study coordinator.
  2. The student should register for the exam registration day before the exam in question at the Bureau of Education and Exams of Physics and Chemistry. This can solely be done on the registration days listed in the exam schedule (from 9.00 – 12.00 and 13.30 – 16.00). When the student is not able to show up on these dates, an appointment should be made with the Bureau of Education and Exams well in advance of the registration day (tel. 363 4140).
  3. The student should bring the following papers on the registration day:
    - An overview of study results, in which the subjects counting for the exam are marked.
    -
Notes with exam results of passed subjects which have not been registered yet.
    -
In case of an individual programme: the approval for this programme by the Board of Examiners, in
      writing.
    -
A copy of the thesis (printed and digital version), signed by the teacher of the final project

If, on the registration day, not all papers mentioned at 3. can be presented, the student cannot partake in the exam.
