11 April 2016

Pavlo Gordiichuk, who performed his PhD research in the group of Prof. Andreas Herrmann, has received a Rubicon grant from the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO). A Rubicon grant enables young academics to spend two years conducting research at a top-class foreign institute. This gives them an opportunity to gain international research experience, which is an important step in any academic career. Gordiichuk will spend two years carrying out research in the Department of Chemistry at Northwestern University in the United States of America.
