summer the National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) offers a four-week intensive Chinese programme course, facilitated by their Chinese Language Centre. Interested students now can apply for a sponsorship offered by the Taiwan Ministry of Education.

1. The programme will be a 4-week course at National Cheng Kung University during the summer holidays (July or August). It will include Chinese language and cultural learning/outings.
The language center will make class arrangements according to the qualifications/Chinese skills of the students. Please find attached further information on the programme.
2. The Taiwan Ministry of Education will offer each student a weekly stipend of US$ 90 for up to four weeks, provided that the group counts minimum 6 students and they will attend at least three hours of the prescribed courses per day.
