CEASG partner Groningen Confucius Institute (GCI) and the International Business School (IBS) of Hanze UAS are launching a series of lectures to the public on China's Business Environment from October 8th to December 10th 2015. As a part of the China-Europe Business Talent Honours Programme, which is jointly developed by IBS and GCI, these lectures will shed light on different aspects of the Chinese business environment, including e-commerce, digital marketing, financial policy, legal environment and macroeconomic development, etc.

Mario Fan, Managing Partner and CEO of V2FUTURE B.V, former President of Huawei Enterprise Business Western Europe and Managing Director of Huawei Benelux, is an expert in online marketing and business consultancy, with 15 years experience in e-commerce, cross-border B2B/B2C business, online/digital marketing.

China's internet market is by far the largest in the world. At the end of 2014, the number of Chinese internet users grew to 649 million. With the fast Internet revolution in China, more and more business opportunities have come up. The purchasing habits and buyer behavior of Chinese people have switched from offline to online. Chinese consumers have tremendous shopping demands on overseas original products, and cross-border business is becoming a big trend for China. In his lecture, Mr. Mario Fan will share his insights on China's e-Commerce and Digital Marketing. Through an elaborate comparison between the western and eastern e-Market, he will enhance your understanding of the Chinese market and so bring you closer to China.
