The speaker in this guest lecture was born in the 1970s in Yeonan, North Korea. He will share impressions of growing up in North Korea as well as his thoughts on
developments in the DPRK today.
In the speaker’s own words: “Driven by starvation, I escaped North Korea to China. After years in China I went to South Korea and studied the Chinese Language and English Linguistics at the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies."
