I installed Thunderbird (at home) but I can not see all my folders?

Question

I installed Thunderbird (at home) but I can not see all my folders?

Answer

If you installed Thunderbird (at home) and you can not see the folders you created in your mailbox, you should do the following:

Go to Tools >Account Settings >Server Settings >Advanced >remove tick at the "show only subscribed folders' box.

If you still don't see all your folders:

Go to the folderpane (on the lefthand side) and right-click the account of which you can not see all the folders. Select 'subscribe' in the right-click menu and select the folders you want to display in Thunderbird. You may have to close and restart Thunderbird to then see all the folders.

Select 'Subscribe' (Abonneren) in the right-click-menu
Select 'Subscribe' (Abonneren) in the right-click-menu
Select the folders you want to display in Thunderbird.
Select the folders you want to display in Thunderbird.
